From the West:
-Take the Mass Pike East to exit 10 - Worcester/Auburn (Route 290) toward Worcester
-Take exit 17 off 290 onto Route 9 East - follow over Belmont Hill - going down Belmont Hill you will see U Mass Medical on left hand side - at bottom of hill take right onto Lake Ave
-Tivnan Field is on right after Skating Rink

From the East:
-Take Route 9 West through Shrewsbury - after crossing over Lake Quinsigamond Bridge - get in right lane to take a left onto Lake Avenue
-Tivnan Field is on right after Skating Rink
